By accessing or using the LYNC platform including the mobile application, website, services, or any associated technology the user agrees to these Terms of Service. If a user does not agree with these terms the user must immediately cease use of the service.
The LYNC platform is operated by its owners and affiliated entities referred to in this document as LYNC, the Company, or the Platform.
Users must be at least 18 years of age. Identity verification may be required through the submission of a valid government issued identification document including passport, driver licence, or equivalent documentation.
Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.
LYNC is a technology platform that enables individuals to connect with other users and local businesses for the purpose of participating in social activities. The platform facilitates discovery, communication, and booking of activities.
LYNC does not organise, host, manage, supervise, or guarantee the safety or quality of activities arranged through the platform. The platform acts solely as an intermediary technology provider.
LYNC reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate user accounts that violate platform rules or create risk to other users.
The platform may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time without liability.
